Go in technology allowlist map & heuristics for its path

• Adds go & golang to technologies map and allows a Go dependency proxy necessary for e.g., cloudfoundry/go-cfclient
  • I tried to alias go/golang, not sure if there might be a better way than what I did
• Adds check to worker bash profile setup to see if adding the go binaries odd path is necessary
