Builds are failing!

For git, allow list:

• gitlab.alpinelinux.org (Not included with the "alpine" technology list which just has "dl-cdn.alpinelinux.org")
• $git_mirror - mirrors.edge.kernel.org

• For tar, allow list

• $bsdtar_base_url - github.com - Pulls from github.com/libarchive
